Graham Samuels

Biography
Graham Samuels wanted to be an illustrator ever since he could hold a crayon. He was born in 1975 in Southend, UK, and was educated at Kingston University in London and Konstfack in Stockholm. A keen collector of records, paperbacks and comics, his love of vintage commercial art is often a source of inspiration for his own creations. Bold, colorful and lifelike, and always with a hand-drawn feel, he aims for strong compositions and images that jump out of the page and grab the attention - yet which are still subtle and rich in detail. He has been working as an illustrator since 1999, and is now based in Stockholm.
